We (hereinafter referred to as "we") attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy, and strictly comply with the relevant regulations of the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how Ultra Cleaner (hereinafter referred to as "the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information, as well as your rights. By using the App, you agree to all the contents of this Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, please stop using the App.
I. What Information We Collect, Its Purpose, and How We Use It
1. Album/Media Permissions (Photos, Videos)
l Collection Content: We only read photos and video files from your device's local album after you actively authorize it; we will not upload, store in the cloud, collect photo geolocation, or read files outside the album.
l Purpose of Use:
Complete photo & video quantity statistics, capacity statistics, and categorized display;
Identify and categorize duplicate, similar, and blurry photos/videos;
Load materials, generate magazine template layouts, edit images, and save images;
OCR Text Extraction: We only recognize text within images locally. The recognition results are only temporarily stored on your device for you to copy/save, and are not uploaded to the server.
l Scope of Processing: All data is calculated, analyzed, and processed solely on your iPhone, entirely offline, without uploading, sharing, or external transmission.
2. Non-Personal Information: We may only collect basic, anonymous device information (system version, model) that cannot identify an individual for compatibility testing and bug fixes. This information is not associated with any identity and is not shared externally.
II. Information Storage and Security Protection
1. All photo album data, analysis results, OCR text, and template editing content are permanently stored on your iPhone. We cannot access, view, obtain, or back up any of your content.
2.We use industry-standard encryption and security technologies to protect local App data, preventing unauthorized access, leakage, tampering, or loss. However, network/system environments inherently carry risks, and we cannot absolutely guarantee 100% security.
III. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
1.We will never share/sell/leak any of your personal information, photo album content, or recognition results to any third party (individual, company, or organization).
2.Legal Exceptions: Information will only be provided in accordance with the law when required by law, by judicial/administrative enforcement, or to protect public safety/legitimate rights.
IV. Your Permissions and Management
1.Access Control: You can enable/disable/restrict access to the photo album in this app at any time in iPhone's "Settings - Privacy & Security - Photos"; when disabled, statistics, cleanup, templates, and OCR functions will be unavailable.
2.Data Deletion: Deleting photos/categorization results and clearing cache within the app only deletes local data; we have no cloud data to delete.
3.Minors: Minors under the age of 18 should use this app with the consent of their guardian.
V. Policy Updates
We may revise this privacy policy from time to time; updates will be posted/notified within the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version; significant changes will be prominently announced.
