Welcome to Ultra Cleaner (hereinafter referred to as "this application")!
Before using this application, please carefully read this "User Service Terms". By downloading, installing, and using this application, you represent that you fully understand, agree to, and accept all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms, please uninstall and stop using this application immediately.
I. Service Description
1.Ultra Cleaner is a purely locally running photo album utility iOS application that provides users with local auxiliary functions such as photo and video count statistics, media classification, magazine templates, and image text extraction (OCR).
2.All calculation, analysis, and recognition logic of this application is completed locally on the user's device. It does not build a backend server, upload to the user's album, upload user images, upload user-recognized text, and has no cloud storage.
3.This application is only for personal daily use and does not provide any online social, information, or content publishing services.
II. User Eligibility
1.You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older; minors under the age of 18 must use this application with the knowledge and consent of their guardian.
2.You guarantee that you will use this application solely for personal, non-commercial, legal, and compliant daily use.
3.You are prohibited from using this application for any purpose other than infringement, illegal activities, irregularities, illegal profit-making, bulk processing, reverse engineering, or repackaging.
III. User Rights and Obligations
User Rights:
1.You are free to use all publicly available functions of this application and manage your personal local photo album.
2.You can disable album permissions at any time in your phone's system settings, terminating this application's access to your photo album.
3.You have full ownership of all your local photos, videos, generated layouts, and identified text content.
User Obligations:
1.You promise not to use this application to process, create, or disseminate content that is pornographic, violent, illegal, infringing, politically sensitive, or infringes on the portrait rights/copyright of others.
2.You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, tampering with the source code, cracking, counterfeiting, or redistributing this application.
3.You are prohibited from using the tools and functions of this application for malicious bulk processing, web scraping, illegal evidence collection, or other improper purposes.
IV. Software Intellectual Property Rights
1.The name, code, interface, UI design, template materials, functional logic, and text copy of this application are protected by copyright, trademark, and other relevant intellectual property laws.
2.Users only obtain limited personal use rights and do not acquire any copyright, intellectual property rights, trademark rights, or ownership of the source code.
3.Without our written authorization, no one may copy, distribute, sell, imitate, or commercially use any content of this application.
V. Service Disclaimer
1.This application provides services "as is," striving to ensure functional stability, but does not guarantee absolute bug-free or error-free operation.
2.Users are solely responsible for statistical discrepancies, material loss, and layout errors caused by user's mobile phone system malfunctions, disabled system permissions, system compatibility issues, or user misoperation.
3.This application does not collect, upload, or back up any user media content. All materials are stored on the user's local device, and we assume no responsibility for any data loss or leakage risks.
4.Users are solely responsible for all infringements, disputes, and legal liabilities arising from content created, exported, or extracted using this application.
VI. Service Changes and Termination
1.We reserve the right to optimize, iterate, upgrade, and adjust product features at any time without separate notice.
2.If a user violates the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the user's access.
3.We may permanently or temporarily shut down the service under legal circumstances without incurring liability for compensation.
VII. Agreement Updates
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the application; continued use constitutes automatic acceptance of the latest agreement.
VIII. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is protected by law. In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court of the locality.
